Asian Momos:
They are very similar to dumplings (A famous food in China and Nepal). Just the difference is in the shape. Dumplings are round shaped, whereas the chicken momos appear to be long spherical in shape. They are made up of any kind of flour and water. But I suggest using white flour.
How to make momos at home?
Take 3 cups of sifted flour (all purpose).
Add 1-½ teaspoon of salt. Now add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil. Mix it well and let it crumble. Add water (as required) gradually. Kneed it and wait for it to be turned medium hard. The dough is formed. Knead the dough again to make it smooth.
Cover it with cling film and let it dry for 10 minutes.
Preparing the filling:
Take about 350 grams of boneless chicken. Now add 1 chopped onion. Add in some salt according to your taste. I suggest you to add black pepper also as it is a delicious combination. Now add some corn flour to make it a bit sticky. Chop the above mixture by gradually adding some water.

- Knead your dried dough again and spread it.
- Take a 3 inches cutter plate and cut the dough in pieces.
- Fill up the pieces with the filling we just set aside.

- In 10-15 minutes, the delicious momos are ready.
